Born and raised in Griffin, Georgia, Sandy brings extensive experience and dedication to her role as Client Service Associate at Hunter Wealth Management. She studied at Gordon State College and Southern Crescent Technical College, focusing on Business Office Technology and building a strong foundation in client relations and operations. For the past five years, Sandy has worked in the financial services industry, primarily within the mortgage department, where she earned a reputation for responsiveness and client-focused service.
Before entering the financial sector, Sandy retired from the State of Georgia after 30 years of service in various divisions, including roles as Administrative Operations Coordinator and Employee Relations Coordinator. During her tenure, she specialized in business process improvement and served as a Regional Trainer for the Red Cross, preparing Family and Children Services staff to establish shelters during declared disasters. A graduate of both the Griffin-Spalding County Leadership Program and the Georgia County Welfare Leadership Program, Sandy is deeply committed to leadership and community engagement. She also served with the Pike County Baseball Association for seven years, reflecting her passion for supporting local families.
At Hunter Wealth Management, Sandy is excited to leverage her diverse background in customer relations to assist clients with their questions and needs. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, camping, boating, and even DJing alongside her husband, Joey. Sandy is the proud mother of three sons—Zach, Clay, and JD—who inspire her dedication to both family and community.
